1. Can the ticker read ATOM feed?

   No, not yet, we plan to make it read ATOM format as well in the future.

2. Can the width be adjusted? In pixels or in percents?

   Yes. All ticker versions support custom width, but only in pixels. A solution to set percentual is to embed ticker in a layer.

3. Will ticker slow down my site?

   Yes, if ticker has to read data from other source (like stock quotes or RSS news). Before starting to show content and generating the JavaScript code for the scroller, data has to be read, so speed depends on how fast data can be downloaded.

4. Can I show more tickers in the same page?

   No, unless you use iframes.

5. Does ticker support left to right direction or down to up?

   No

6. How to center the ticker in a larger page?

   Place the ticker code inside a table and center the table.

7. Do you offer refunds?

   No

8. How to suppress error and warning messages if a feed is not working?

   Place line of code error_reporting(0) at the top of your PHP code.
